• You reside within our designated service areas or have received approval for Services outside these regions.

If you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: Prices for propane and related Services are subject to change based on market conditions and other factors. The most current pricing will be communicated at the time of order or provided in your service agreement.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in suspension of Services.

• Taxes and Fees: Prices may include applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and Installation

• Service Areas: Our Services are available within Bexar County and surrounding regions in Texas. Specific service areas can be confirmed by contacting our office.

• Scheduling: Delivery and installation times are estimates and may vary due to weather, demand, or other factors.

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible conditions for delivery and installation, including maintaining clear driveways and compliance with safety regulations.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel Services if conditions are deemed unsafe.

5. Safety and Compliance

Safety is our priority. Matador Mission Gas LLC adheres to all federal, state, and local safety regulations.

• Customer Equipment: Customers are responsible for the maintenance of their propane equipment unless under a maintenance agreement with us.

• Safety Inspections: We may perform routine safety inspections as required by law or at our discretion. Customers must report any leaks, damage, or safety concerns immediately by contacting us at 210-633-0721.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds for propane purchases or Services will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with state regulations.

• Cancellations of service must be communicated in advance and may be subject to cancellation fees.
